WEST BARN

Low Row West Bunk Barn sleeps 24 people in 2 large dormitories on the first floor; one sleeping 10 and one sleeping 14 in a combination of bunk beds and single beds.

The beds have a mattress, mattress cover and a pillow. Please bring your own sleeping bag.

On the ground floor there is a separate w.c. and shower and a wet room with w.c. and shower and wash basin. There are 2 wash basins separate from the other washing facilities. Drying Room.

There is an electric range cooker (5 rings, main oven, grill and a large warming oven). There is a microwave, an under counter fridge and large freestanding fridge freezer. The kitchen is equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 24 people.

EAST BARN

Low Row East Barn sleeps 12 people in 2 large dormitories on the first floor; a combination of single and bunk beds in each dormitory.

The bunk beds have a mattress, mattress cover and a pillow. Please bring your own sleeping bag.

On the ground floor, there is a separate w.c. and shower. There are also 2 wash basins separate from the other washing facilities.

The hot water/cooking, showering facilities and heating are electric. The electric is on a meter taking £1 coins. There is oil fired central heating with radiators in all rooms.

There is an electric cooker [full size oven and grill], ceramic hob and a microwave. There is an upright fridge/freezer. The kitchen is equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 12 people.

FURTHER DETAILS

In both barns the kitchen, dining and lounge area are combined to allow the group to convene in one open ground floor space. They have oil fired central heating and hot water provision. Wi-Fi is also available in both barns.

There is hard surface parking for cars, a grass picnic area and a bike rack for secure storage all within a fully enclosed area.

The beds have a mattress, mattress cover and a pillow. Please bring your own sleeping bag and your own consumables.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CONSUMABLES. All fuel is included in your booking fee.

Travelling from the East, Scotch Corner, take the A6108 to Richmond.
Go through Richmond and head for Reeth on the B6270. Keep on this road through Reeth, go through the village of Healaugh.
After about 1 mile, take the turning on the left for Askrigg.
Turn right at the T junction for approx. 300 yds.
You have reached the Bunk Barns on your right where the Swale Trail also forks right.

Travelling from the West, Tebay, take the A685 to Kirkby Stephen and Brough.
At Kirkby Stephen turn right onto the B26259. At Nateby bear left onto the B6270.
Continue on this road until you go through Low Row.
Take the next right turning for Askrigg.
Turn right at the T junction for approx. 300 yds.
You have reached the Bunk Barns on your right where the Swale Trail also forks right.
